Terroir : Located on the southern flank of the Pic Saint Loup, the vineyard Clos des Reboussiers benefit from a special exposure, altitude, and weather conditions.
This special place allows the expression of an originality and singularity that characterize and define the wines of the estate. The soil, composed of hard limestone and flint limestone, is very stony and gives the wine its liveliness, straight and balanced.
The terroir allows us to work with precision on the minerality, freshness and richness of the juices, representative of the wines of Clos des Reboussiers.
Tasting : This complex nose opens with floral notes, complemented by citrus and discreet scents of scrubland flowers. The palate is both frank and generous, with a beautiful minerality. The greediness of the fruit is balanced with the freshness and stretches on a salivating finish.
